All payments to airender.ai are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with a redesign, shopping-list results, unused time on your plan, a forgotten cancellation, or accidental purchase. This applies to both the Unlimited monthly subscription and the one-time Lifetime plan.
The free tier lets you redesign a room and preview the experience before spending anything, so you can decide whether airender is right for you before you upgrade. Because a free option is available, paid upgrades are not refundable.
You can cancel the Unlimited monthly subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not issue partial or prorated refunds for the remainder of a billing period.
Furniture and decor in your shopping list are sold by third-party retailers, not by airender.ai. Any refund, return, or exchange for those items is handled by the retailer under their own policies. We are not involved in and not responsible for those transactions.
