All credit pack purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with render quality, unused credits, or accidental purchases. Credits never expire and remain in your account until used.
If a render fails due to a verified technical error on our end, the credit is automatically restored to your account. Credits are not exchangeable for monetary refunds.
