All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on any subscription plan, whether monthly or annual, under any circumstances.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with render quality, unused renders, accidental purchases, or cancellation before the end of a billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
If a render fails due to a verified technical error on our end and is incorrectly charged against your quota, we will restore the render credit to your account. Render credits are not exchangeable for monetary refunds.
