We collect the following types of information when you use airender.ai:

• Account information: Name and email address when you register
• OAuth data: Profile information from Google when you sign in with Google
• Uploaded photos: Photos of your rooms that you upload to redesign, stored securely in Cloudflare R2
• Redesign data: Generated redesign images, shopping lists, prompts, project names, and settings
• Usage data: Features used, redesign counts, and interactions with the service
• Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe; we do not store card details

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate room redesigns and shopping lists from your uploaded photos
• To store and display your redesign history and projects
• To process subscription and one-time payments and manage your plan
• To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, purchase receipts)
• To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse
• To improve the quality and reliability of the service
• To respond to support requests

3. Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored in MongoDB Atlas with encryption at rest and in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Authentication tokens are stored in HTTP-only cookies to prevent XSS attacks. Uploaded images and generated renders are stored in Cloudflare R2 with private access controls. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate airender.ai:

• Anthropic (Claude AI): For analyzing uploaded room photos and generating redesign prompts
• fal.ai (Flux Pro): For AI redesign image generation and upscaling
• Cloudflare R2: For storing uploaded and generated images
• Stripe: For payment processing on subscription and one-time payments
• Google OAuth: For optional sign-in with Google
• Resend: For transactional email delivery

Each service has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for them to function. Your uploaded photos may be processed by Anthropic and fal.ai for the purpose of generating your redesign. They are not used to train third-party models.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT session tokens). These are HTTP-only, secure cookies required for the service to function. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and renders for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and stored images will be removed within 30 days. Some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority
