By accessing or using airender.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, account holders, and paying customers.
airender.ai is an AI-powered room redesign and shopping service. You upload a photo of a room, pick a style, and receive an AI-generated redesign of the space along with a shopping list of real furniture and decor — including estimated prices and links to third-party retailers that ship to your country. The Service is provided as-is and results may vary depending on the input photo and settings used.
To use the Service you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
airender.ai offers a free tier and two paid plans: an Unlimited monthly subscription and a one-time Lifetime plan. Paid plans unlock unlimited redesigns and full shopping lists. Current prices are shown at checkout.
The Unlimited plan is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The Lifetime plan is a single one-time payment for continued access under these terms.
All payments are final and non-refundable — see our Refund Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
You retain ownership of all photos you upload and all redesign images generated from them. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
You grant airender.ai a limited license to store, process, and display your uploaded photos and redesigns solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your photos or redesigns to train AI models or share them with third parties, except as required to operate the Service (e.g., passing images to our AI providers for processing).
Redesign images generated on a paid plan include full commercial usage rights. Personal use of your redesigns and shopping lists is permitted on all plans, including the free tier.
Shopping lists link to products sold by third-party retailers. airender.ai is not the seller and does not process, fulfil, or guarantee those purchases. Prices, availability, and product specifications are set by the retailers and can change at any time; the figures we show are estimates and may be out of date. Some links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, airender.ai earns from qualifying purchases. Any purchase you make is governed by the retailer's own terms and policies.

The Service, including its design, interface, technology, and branding, is owned by airender.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that redesigns will meet any specific quality standard, that shopping-list prices or availability are accurate or current, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular input will produce a satisfactory output. AI-generated results are non-deterministic and may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, airender.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any purchase you make from a third-party retailer. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Cancelling a subscription, deleting your account, or having it terminated does not entitle you to a refund of any payment already made.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
