By accessing or using airender.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, account holders, and paying customers.
airender.ai is an AI-powered architectural rendering service. Users upload screenshots from 3D modelling software (SketchUp, Revit, Blender, AutoCAD, etc.) and receive photorealistic render images generated by AI. The Service is provided as-is and render quality may vary depending on the input image and settings used.
To use the Service you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
airender.ai sells one-time credit packs. Credits are sold in one-time packs (no subscription, no auto-renewal, no monthly reset). Credits never expire and remain in your account until used.
Render cost varies by quality setting: medium renders cost 1 credit, high quality renders (4K, ultra-detail) cost 3 credits. Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account.
Failed renders caused by a verified technical error on our end are automatically restored to your balance.
You retain ownership of all images you upload and all renders generated from them. By uploading images, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
You grant airender.ai a limited license to store, process, and display your uploaded images and renders solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your images or renders to train AI models or share them with third parties, except as required to operate the Service (e.g., passing images to our AI providers for processing).
Renders generated with paid credit packs include full commercial usage rights, including client deliverables, marketing materials, and publications.

The Service, including its design, interface, technology, and branding, is owned by airender.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that renders will meet any specific quality standard, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular input will produce a satisfactory output. AI-generated results are non-deterministic and may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, airender.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Any unused credits are forfeited on account deletion.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
