What to include
- The email address of your airender account
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead
- The room it happened in, if it is about a design or a shopping list
- A screenshot, if you have one
Using airender in ChatGPT
- Connecting: the first time you use airender in ChatGPT, it sends you to airender.ai to sign in and press Allow. After that it stays connected.
- Where your designs go: every room you furnish from ChatGPT is saved in your airender account. Open your dashboard to see it, with the full shopping list.
- A design did not appear: a design takes about a minute. If the card in the chat stays on "Furnishing your room", ask ChatGPT to check the design, or open your dashboard.
- Disconnecting: open your account menu on the airender dashboard and choose Disconnect ChatGPT. ChatGPT loses access at once. You can also remove airender in ChatGPT's own settings.
- Photos: send a JPG, PNG or WEBP photo of a real indoor room, up to 15 MB.
Billing
Payments are handled by Whop. For a question about a charge, email us with the address you paid with. Our refund policy and plans are on their own pages.
Your data
To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and everything in it, email us from your account's address. Details are in the privacy policy.
